30-Day Hassle Free Return/Exchange Policy

We understand it can be difficult trying out a new brand and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That's why we will accept returns of product(s) in original condition with all tags attached within 30 days of when you received your order. We will not accept goods that have been worn out or damaged by the wearer. Your refund will be in the same form as the original purchase. Please note, we only accept returns that were purchased via carnalflora.com. Carnal Flora will not accept orders that were purchased in other retailers. This policy includes apparel and pins not marked as final sale. Final sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Manual Return/Exchanges

Alternatively, you may contact us for additional help by taking the steps below:

1) Begin by sending us your full name, order number, and item(s) for the return to orders@carnalflora.com. Please do not ship us your order without a return authorization first. For exchanges we offer one-time free exchange shipping! Just tell us which item(s) you're returning and which you would like instead.

2) Once approved, we will email you a return label for you to print and stick over the old label onto the same packaging. You may also use your own packaging that is similar in size. Return shipping charges will be deducted from the final refund amount.

3) When we receive the item(s) we will either authorize the return back to the original form of payment or have the exchanged items shipped out.

90-Day Manufacturing Warranty

At Carnal Flora, every garment is made with care, intention, and craftsmanship. We stand behind the quality of our pieces. If an item you purchased experiences a manufacturing issue within 90 days of delivery, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you.

What is covered

The warranty applies to manufacturing defects only. These include:

Seams that come apart

Stitching that comes undone

Defective zippers

Buttons that fall off due to faulty attachment

What is not covered

The warranty does not apply to damage caused by normal wear or by accidents. These include:

Holes in the fabric that are not located at a seam

Iron burns or heat marks

Shrinking due to incorrect washing or drying

Additional details

If the item shows signs of damage that are not the result of a manufacturing error, the warranty will not apply. 

This includes damage from everyday wear, exposure to harsh surfaces, improper care, or alterations made after purchase.

All warranty claims must be submitted within 90 days of the delivery date. Proof of purchase is required for all claims.
