We understand it can be difficult trying out a new brand and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That's why we will accept returns of product(s) in original condition with all tags attached within 30 days of when you received your order. We will not accept goods that have been worn out or damaged by the wearer. Your refund will be in the same form as the original purchase. Please note, we only accept returns that were purchased via carnalflora.com. Carnal Flora will not accept orders that were purchased in other retailers. Final sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

1) Begin by sending us your full name, order number, and item(s) for the return to orders@carnalflora.com. Please do not ship us your order without a return authorization first.

2) Once approved, we will email you a return label for you to print and stick onto the same packaging. Return shipping charges will be deducted from the final refund amount.

3) When we receive the item(s) we will authorize the return back to the original form of payment.
